EXPERIENCE WITH USE OF EUROPULSE MP24

We have tested a EuroPULSE MP24 in our company for more than a year and are very satisfied with the results we have achieved. The unit was initially tested on a forklift with a poor battery, which had limited operation time, due to sulfation within the cells. A few days after installation, we recorded an increase in operation time and we didn't have to recharge the battery during a shift. It has been a year since the battery was restored, and it has worked perfectly ever since.

To really make sure the technology worked properly before we purchased more units, we picked a very poor battery (24-volt/420Ah) and handed it over to Varta for a condition test. They stated that the battery was useless and had to be replaced. We then installed the EuroPULSE MP24 for 8 weeks and performed a new condition test of the battery. Now, the battery proved to be almost as good as new, and they measured the battery to be of 90% capacity compared to a new one.
